Return & Refund Policy

At trendyfootwearsq Internacional, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipment. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately using the contact information provided below. Once your cancellation request is verified and approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the item(s) upon delivery according to our standard return policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be:

  • In its original condition, unworn and unused
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. For returns that meet all policy requirements, we will refund the full purchase price of the returned item(s).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Some payment processors may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company as there may be a processing delay on their end. If the issue persists after contacting your financial institution, please reach out to our customer service team with your order details, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
